The EPDM Flat Roof Installation Process

Before installing the new roof, we prepare the structure to ensure a solid and level base.

If existing boards are damaged or uneven, we re-board the entire surface using 18mm OSB or plywood sheets for full support.

If the existing deck remains sound, we overboard using 11mm OSB or 12mm plywood, creating a smooth, prepared surface for bonding.

Once prepared, the EPDM membrane is bonded using approved adhesives and neatly trimmed around upstands, outlets, and edges for a professional, watertight finish!
